Guide Prices
Every walk we set up is bespoke, tailoring your day to match the aspirations and experience of your team, the logistics of your travel, accommodation and timings, and above all your safety and happiness! The costs below are per day, for guidance only – we will finalise costs with you when you book.
Key features:
- We operate a high client to guide ratio, based on eight people per guide. It’s based on experience, to ensure people’s different walking experience, pace and ability are properly supported throughout the day. Where we are satisfied that all party members share the same experience then we will consider reviewing ratios and costs with you.
- For all Peak District Corporate Challenge Walks we will donate 5% of our fee to the Peak District’s Moors for the Future Partnership >, to support the preservation of the paths and precious moorlands where we walk.
Corporate and Charity Challenge Walks
- 1 – 8 people: £375 (Set up and 1 guide)
- 9 – 16: £625 (2 guides)
- 17 – 24: £875 (3 guides)
- 25 – 32: £1,125 (4 guides)
- 33 – 40: £1,375 (5 guides)
Costs are per day, for guidance only – we will finalise costs with you when you book.
Optional check point support vehicle and driver, with water and snacks, and transport to the start or finish for participants unable to complete the route: £250 per day.
For walks outside the Peak District we may have to charge more to cover a portion of our travel and accommodation costs – we will let you know in advance.
