Our Fitness Walks are great for those wishing to improve their fitness in the hills, moorlands or mountains, sometimes with rough terrain.
You may be preparing for a non-technical, overseas guided trek, in summer conditions – up mountains such as Kilimanjaro, Jebel Toubkal, the Inca Trail to Machu Picchu, and Everest Base Camp. The walks are also helpful if you are training for guided mountain challenges in the UK such as the Yorkshire Three Peaks.
